1. Eligibility for Returns

• The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
• The request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Note: Perishable or consumable items (e.g., food products) are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged during delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Items purchased on clearance or during special sales.
• Personalised or customised products.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

• Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Store Credit: Alternatively, you can opt for store credit to use on future purchases.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
• Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
