Samai/Little Millet, Moong dal / Payatham paruppu, Ginger, Black pepper, Cumin seeds, ginger, Green chili, Curry leaves , Asafotedia, Ghee, Cashew nut
How to store:
Keep it in cool and dry place.
How to use:
- Heat a pressure cooker with ghee.
- Pour 3 cups of water and add 200gm of Samai Pongal mix
- Leave it for 5 whistles and allow to cool.
- Open and serve Yummy Samai Millet Pongal
